Which routers and BNGs does OrbOS support?
OrbOS is vendor-agnostic: any NAS or BNG that speaks standard RADIUS works, with deep native adapters for MikroTik RouterOS (hotspot and PPPoE) and other carrier BNGs. Per-vendor adapters own the reply attributes and speed shaping, so mixed-vendor networks run from one platform.
Can OrbOS migrate subscribers from my existing billing or AAA system?
Yes. OrbOS was built migration-first: it runs in parallel with your existing stack, bulk-imports subscriber bases, auto-learns MAC/IP credentials, and lets you cut over subscriber by subscriber — no big-bang switch. Several live networks on OrbOS today were migrated from legacy AAA controllers.
Does OrbOS handle GST invoicing and Indian compliance?
GST invoicing, KYC records and DoT-style NAT/IPDR log retention are first-class features. Invoices are branded PDFs, exports are accountant-friendly, and usage logs are retained in formats suitable for lawful-request response.
Is OrbOS multi-tenant? Can I run resellers or franchisees?
Yes. OrbOS models operator trees: a parent ISP can host child ISPs, resellers and franchisees, each with isolated subscribers, plans, branding and billing books on one shared deployment.
